Julie Holder is a photographer, art director, traveler, mother to Goldie and wife to Bo. Her husband, Bo, is a film maker, art director and photography partner. Both have lived and worked in NYC for over a decade, and are now living in the South and travel wherever the camera lens takes them.
Julie's ability to capture both story and meaning in each frame has made her an accomplished travel, interiors and lifestyle photographer, while her voice and expertise has given her a platform to help people capture their own lives. With a bohemian spirit and wanderer’s soul, Julie approaches every campaign as a storyteller. "For me, photography is what you feel, not just what you see. That’s what makes it so powerful, that a story can unfold in one frame.” She’s worked editorially for top magazines like Rolling Stone and Arch Digest as well as for personalities and brands, alike. "It’s easy to think photographers capture moments, but for me it’s meaning, that’s what I want to see through the lens and that’s the goal for every click of the shutter.” To learn more about Julie, follow her on Instagram at @julieholderphotography.
LET THE MOMENT UNFOLD. CAPTURE THAT. THEN MELT.
